VOLTCOVE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges). Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned merchandise. Certain products, such as custom or clearance items, may be subject to different return conditions as stated on the product page.

VOLTCOVE warrants that all products sold on the Site will conform to their published descriptions and be free from material defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
