Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Handling time begins the next business day after your order is submitted. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.
Daily Order Cutoff
To ensure same-day processing, orders must be received by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Any order placed after this cutoff will be considered as received on the following business day and will begin processing accordingly.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days. Transit times are calculated from the date the order departs our facility, not from the date of purchase. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.
We ship all orders via trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery. At this time, VOLTCOVE ships exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and select U.S. territories.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order placed through our website. No minimum purchase amount is required. Free shipping applies to the standard delivery method and cannot be combined with expedited services. If you require faster delivery (e.g., overnight or 2-day air), additional charges may apply—please contact us for a custom quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
VOLTCOVE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and then notify us so we can assist with a claim. For lost or stolen packages, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but our liability is limited to the value of the merchandise.
