30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Returns or exchanges started after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fee
VOLTCOVE provides free return shipping on all eligible returns within the 30-day window. There are no restocking fees—ever. You only pay for the product you keep. If you choose an exchange, we will ship your replacement item at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team using the information below. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. For exchanges, please indicate the desired replacement item (subject to availability).
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued within 10 business days from the date the return is received by our warehouse. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Exclusions & Limitations
- Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or missing original packaging may be subject to a reduced refund or be refused.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance items are non-returnable unless required by law.
- If a return is initiated after 30 days, we reserve the right to deny the request or charge a processing fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
